Peckforton Castle is one of the most popular wedding destinations in England. It’s a timeless classical venue, with a hint of sophistication. And the floral decorations by Ian Lloyd Events for a wedding brought out all the good sides of the Castle.
Ian decided to counterbalance the dark, wooden interiors with soft pastels roses, gypsophilia and lots of candlelight. First eye – catching design was a beautiful floral gate made with Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche roses. The altar was decorated with high wedding centerpieces. The venue is rather spacious so the decorations needed to be quite large. Ian went with glass vases and crystal chains to pay all the attention on the flower arrangements. Lots of candles provide perfectly dimmed light and ensure a magical atmosphere. Chairs were decorated with soft pink fabric that went perfectly with the flowers. A similar decoration can be seen in the dining room. round tables were decorated with similar flower arrangements with roses. Another element was added – some tables had huge bunch of gypsophilia instead of Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche. The table of the happy couple stood out – it wasn’t a round table and the floral decor was completely different. Ian opted out for a simple decoration with Sweet Avalanche roses and lots of candlelight.
This wedding has it all – stunning location, perfect floral decorations and as we can see from the photos beautiful bride.
